After staying at breathless Mexico, was very disappointed. Noisy and unfriendly. We moved to another hotel. Outside areas very unsafe. Steep stairs/ often wet/ bad lighting. Could not wear heels. Will not return. Expedia should review more thoroughly!!!!!

By staying here you are able to wonder to the other connecting resorts. Have access to about 17 different restaurants,definitely recommend the hibachi. The beach reserved for Breathless is super quiet and relaxing

The room we paid for $3600 was not worth it! Automatic blinds didn’t work! Furniture had chipped, the ipad in the room didn’t work.I noticed great customer service from staff with Caucasian guest. We had a junior suite with a swim up pool that comes with a Butler. We never seen the Butler for the three nights that we stayed there. He only walked us to our room and we never received our free champagne bottle. They next day we seen our butler showing the new guest that arrived next door to us the room from the swim up and how things work. Maybe we didn’t get that same courtesy because we were African-American and they thought we wouldn’t tip.

Property employees are very rude and unprofessional. Property has roaches. Food is nasty, not much to choose from. Room are old and need update. Very expensive and definitely not worth the money. Do not stay at resort.
