"You get what you pay for" applies to my specific stay at Point Village. Nothing was misrepresented, but the condition of the actual apartment was underwhelming. Did everything work? Yes (though water pressure was practically nonexistent). Was it clean? Mostly. Did I feel safe? Yes. Would I return to this same apartment? Yes ... but with a better understanding of what to expect (and what to expect). Advance communication was not optimal ... even up to and including check-in instructions once onsite at the property; very appreciative to caretaker Brandon for helping provide much-needed instructions once I arrived. All said, you simply can't beat the view and beach access ... and the overall value was incredible, and I was glad to do a small part to support the island/community in its post-hurricane recovery. ##### D'Wayne L.
