"Property: very old and I’m still in shocked. For the price that I’ve paid, especially at a Fairmont, I expected a beautiful and newish look. The space near the swimming pool entrance was so dirty. The indoor pool was cold. People keep coming in and out from outside pool. Room: was clean but very old furniture. Bathroom old. I’ve paid less elsewhere for better quality and service. They did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. It’s a shame that only the 7th floor is renovated. The price difference is minimal but the service is so huge. It’s big time for some renovations! "

The loud drunk groups were a little much, I wouldn't have been happy if my kids were young - but my teens slept through it. Overall, the location is amazing! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. "
