"My very honest review: The property for the most part is beautiful! We had a really nice view from the balcony to our room. The majority of the staff are polite and helpful and the food was great! My critiques are that the walk up to the basic (I guess?) rooms on the property look outdated and can kind of mess with the initial vibe of the stay. After traveling on a long shuttle ride to the resort from the airport, it was a little disappointing to see old paint and stains on the doors to the rooms. Plus the furniture had stains, along with the bedding. When looking into a bottle of water in the mini fridge, we only found a partially opened and drunk from bottle. It felt a little uncomfortable sitting on the lounge seats on the balcony and on the beach, as they had rips, stains and looked worn out from sweat. My recommendations would be to replace the outdated and worn out furniture, drapes and bed sheets with something newer, plus maybe offer waiter drinks & snack services on the beach to all patrons (not just to the adults only and pricier sections of the resort)."
