"My fiancé stayed at this beautiful home for our holiday and had a great time. Debbie was very attentive to our needs and super responsive when we reached out. The house its self is very clean and comfortable. The only thing is that maybe a few upgrades are needed. Nothing major, but little fixes need to be done regarding the door knobs and to the faucet handles in the bathroom. Also the pictures show a jacuzzi tub that over looks the water. "Tropical Breeze worked great for our group of 8 women! The two previous reviews cover a lot of our experience also. Karen helped us with everything we needed. She made two very nice dinners for us (Jerk chicken and mexican), organized two wonderful excursions (Benta river falls/Jamaican Giants and glass bottom boat to Booby Cay), and provided direction to stores, west end, beach, bars with music etc etc. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time there and also on the front porch area. "The house is wonderful with gorgeous views from the 3rd floor balcony. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were allowed use of the whole house and the owner is a wealth of knowledge on local businesses. He saved us money on food by telling us the best places to go with very reasonable prices. We plan to stay here often as well as recommend this place to our friends and relatives. You can’t beat it!"

"The wi-fi is slow and sporadic. We had to go to nearby bar for wi-fi after no service for 6 hours. Also the power would often go out. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows are quite poor. My biggest disappointment however was the beach chairs. They are not the chairs featured in the hotel photos. They are old, unfinished wooden slat style, with boards or support boards missing, and had nails protruding. The owner and staff otherwise promptly dealt with issues as they arose. We did not...

"This please was very clean, however very ghetto. This place is in the cut of a main road in the hood. It is NOT walking distance to the beaches in the Negril, the place is in WESTEND. The place doesn’t give vacation home, it gives my family has a house near Negril and we can stay there. The host was very nice, and communicated with me very well. He also insured that we were safe. Cool experience will not go again. Plus you have to pay extra for AC!"
