The resort was beautiful! And being able to go to all three resorts and their beaches was amazing! Great food and drink pretty much any time of day. The pools were pristine and set up for relaxing or having a bit of fun. The staff was FANTASTIC! Beautiful views at this property. Staff was amazing and the place was very clean. The activities were a fun and they had something to do every night. We booked Riu Palace Jamaica which gave us access to Reggae & Montego Bay as well and it was really nice to be able to go to all 3 resorts. Loved this place and will definitely be back!

The very first day, our room door handle fell off before even entering the room. All the outlets in the room were damaged, the phones didn’t work , and the smell of mold was OVERWHELMING ! . The food was pretty bland across the board or inedible because of the excessive amount of flies surrounding the food . They initially told us when staying at the palace we can enjoy dining at all the other resorts on the property but when we tried to dine at Riu Reggae they told us we could only dine at lunch . The food and property was SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER at the Riu Reggae . Yet we paid 400$ extra for the broken down, outdated Riu Palace .

RIU Palace had everything and not as crowded as the other RIU properties. Food was excellent with a great variety at the buffet to include Jamaican food. Entertainment was good, the staff was excellent and always helpful, and their Vogue and Aqua bars are very chíc and fun. Lots of chairs on pool and beach area to include enough cabanas, and the premise was always clean. We went to several local restaurants, bars, and night clubs and felt very safe. We did the Rick’s Cafe catamaran tour and that was fun and fantastic!! Go to Jamaica as they have everything from chill to lit!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. This is my third stay at a RIU property and they are on my favorites list. The resort is beautiful. The staff, overall, is welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we had two separate encounters with wait staff in the dining facilities that were less than pleasant. Perhaps they were simply having an off day, but in the moment it felt very personal. Overall we enjoyed everything about the experience. Even the two incidents did not require management intervention. Highly recommend!

We liked the food and the service, the workers were so kind and hard workers, we did not like being pressured to play games at the pool, the rooms were a little outdated but overall we had a great time- beautify beach!

Unfortunately, our visit was interrupted by Hurricane Beryl and the handling of the situation by the resort didnt make it better. We received paper bag lunch the day of the hurricane and were sent to our rooms 11am that morning and couldn't come out till the following morning. I had friends that were out there at a different resort and they were given the regular foods and activities to do during the storm. Our flights were cancelled and we had to extend our stay. The resort wouldn't allow is to rebook through our extension date. They made us come to the front desk every morning to book another night up until our departure. It's easy to exhibit great customer service when everything is going well but it's when problems arise that you get to see the real deal. I personally wouldn't go back to this resort nor recommend for others to go

The hotel was very clean and quiet, but had some partying. The staff was very professional and treated their guest like kings and queens. Special shout out the the hotel recreational team (Johnny Bravo). He was amazing. I really enjoyed my vacation.
