This property is in a great location, great beach access and close to beach bar and live music. The property had very average service. House keeping was great. Bar staff great. Restaurant service staff really behave like they dont want to be there. Very unaccomodating. Poor manners, dont smile. It literally takes nothing to smile and be friendly, especially in service industry.

all good at the rayon, great breakfast ,great staff ,quiet ,overall a very nice place to stay no problem accessing seven mile beach great restaurants all around close to shopping and the bank nice pool overall a great value I would have no problem staying there again.Thumbs up

The Rayon was a perfect crash pad for us during our week long stay in Negril. Staff was friendly, breakfast delicious and they had all the basic amenities for a beach or pool day. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and the game room one night too. I would recommend the Rayon to anyone looking to explore Negril and enjoy the local flair and flavors.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. They each have their own outdoor space as well. The water is nice and hot in showers. The breakfast is delicious. Lots of couples spend literally months relaxing at the property, as a home away from home.
