"Our stay at the Royalton Hideaway was a great experience overall. The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the restaurants were fantastic. Special thanks to our butlers, Mel and Daron, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They also did a great job decorating our room for my wife’s birthday, which made the celebration extra special. The only feedback I would share is regarding an excursion we took on a party boat. The boat included children and dropped us off at the opposite end of the beach from where we were picked up, which was somewhat inconvenient. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the resort."
