I quite enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly right from when we checked in, through to check-out. We arrived after the hurricane and only had a couple of ours with no water or ac but by the night, we were set. I did walk the 7 mile and I may be bias, but I feel like the beach is better there. Restaurant service was great until our last day where we waited and waites for breakdast until we decided not to waste our morning waiting. They do have different themes on most nights but we didnt really take advantage of that. In all, a lovely experience and I will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property right at the ocean and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The only complaint I have is about the 2 ladies from check-in. They really weren't all that friendly and seemed annoyed. They work in the afternoon and/or evening. When we checked out in the morning, the lady there was a comletely different caliber. She was nice and competent. I know service in Jamaica is really a hit or miss. Some are pretty terrible and should not be working in the tourism industry while others are great. I also like the manager's cocktail hour on Mondays. What a great idea to get your guests to mingle. I would stay at this facility again.

Under impossible conditions in the aftermath of Hurricane, they managed to keep the place clean, safe, and accomidating. Challenged by unreasonable guests, they remained calm, professional, and pleasant.

Absolutely appreciated the quiet and natural environment. Food was excellent. Found out what spring water is supposed to taste like. Enjoyed the cooking show and tips on health benefits of the foods eaten.

This is our 5th time at CocoLaPalm. We love everything about it. The grounds are immaculate and you feel like living in a garden. The rooms are a good size and well furnished but how much time do you spend in the room in paradise? The beach is right there and the lifeguard is quick to set up your lounge chair. The restaurant and bar have great service and food and drink. Be sure to try the meat patties at the bar. I have one every day. Love them. The ocean is warm and shallow, great for wading or swimming. For variety you can go to the pool. In June there are no crowds but bring your bug spray. The mosquitoes can be a bother. Can't wait to get back to Coco.

Very clean and nice property. The staff are accommodating however only one draw back the restaurant on property the food prices are too expensive. The continental breakfast they offer has complimentary breakfast could include a protein like some eggs instead of a slice of cake and tea.

I’ve stayed at two other nearby properties before my stay at CocoLaPalm. And CocoLaPalm is by far the best. Very attentive of their property upkeep. Everything that you need right there close by. Store bank good restaurants taxis. It’s definitely gonna be my go to resort when I visit Negril
