"Chambre en général pas très propre bar piscine pas sourire si oui 3 sur 20 buffets aussitôt porte ouverte manger froid encore là pas service beaucoup attitude sont pas tous sans sourire en pourcentage de 100%je note 30% après m’avoir changé chambre 2fois la dernière chambre j’ai été upgrater et c’était parfait service a chambre excellent si ont me demande si je referais cette hôtel je dirais NON due chambres et personnels rester au AZUL c’est pas donné ça faut pas le prix qu’on pay après ma 5ieme fois à NEGRIL "
