« Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. (We were not locked out because my son was inside and could let us in).The apt looked just like the pictures and had everything...

« I do not have any complaints about this property. Very quiet neighborhood and the home is lovely. We have a family member that gets chilly when she gets out of the shower. She was happy to know the bathroom ceiling exhaust also blew heat! The property was exactly as listed. The host, Steven, was readily available and always followed up. « Very nice and clean Duplex. The place has everything you need to cook meals. The neighborhood is good and felt safe. Not central, but out of the very busy areas of New Orleans. It took us 15 minutes by car to go to the touristic places. No communication issues, easy parking in front of the house for our car. Would rent again without hesitation. »

« Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. »

« Comment vivre la vraie aventure de la Nouvelle-Orleans ailleurs que un logement typique de la ville? Maison traditionnelle divisée en deux logements. L’organisation est en enfilade, avec chambres traversantes chacunes ayant sa salle de bain. Le logement a une jolie décoration un peu masculine et festive. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire. A proximité : le parc Armstrong (5 minutes à pied), le quartier français 8-10 minutes), la ligne verte du tramway (10 minutes). Le parking est aisé juste...

"Grand Hotel avec concerts de jazz situé sur Bourbon street mais ma chambre était silecieuse, loin du bruit (étourdissant) de Bourbon street. Piscine et bar au milieu du bâtiment, au calme, propre, très bien. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles parce qu'après avoir réservé et payé en ligne, on nous facture sur place en plus 25€ par nuit + taxes, en nous disant que 15€ sont en consommation gratuite aux bars ou au restaurant (sauf le jour du départ) et que 10€ nous seront remboursés à la fin du séjour. Ça sent un peu l'arnaque et c'est bien dommage car sinon l'hôtel est top."
