Also walking distance to Tulane and Loyola. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter. About the Space: This charming and cozy house is in a great location central to all popular parts of New Orleans. It is a small one bedroom/one bath home that is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and small closet, a living area with a full kitchen, and one bathroom with a beautiful shower/bath and stacked washer/dryer. (Not pictured in the bedroom is a 5 drawer dresser and smart tv). Guest Access: Guests have private access to all pictured spaces in the listing. The properties location is in a safe place with friendly and considerate neighbors. It’s just over half a mile to the nearest public transportation trolly stop. We left our vehicle at home and walked the beautiful area admiring the home styles along the way. We chose to take the trolly so we didn’t have to drive and then find parking.
