« The location and property did not meet my standards Once entering the so called Condo there was an old and musty odor to it. I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel. »

« What an amazing view!!! We had a wonderful time at the penthouse and loved our stay. Parking was included and easy to find and felt like a very safe area. Many things within walking distance, including a Rouses, a CircleK and Willies Maes directly across the street. Close to the transportation lines to the French Quarter as well. Everything was as advertised and I would definitely stay again the next time i go to New Orleans. »

« Very nice condo and well equipped. Great communication with host! Good location. Disappointed that we had to walk down a filthy alley to empty trash. Homeless people in alley. Could use some hooks in bathrooms as there was nowhere to put/hang washcloths or anything other than two towels. »

« We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room. »

You will be required to give more information to property management before they actually confirm reservation. VRBO confirmed, but then I get a text a day after I made VRBO reservations to send my drivers license front and back to another company other than VRBO. I have never had anyone ask that on VRBO,...
