This hotel is tucked away so it feels a bit quieter, but it's still a gorgeous historic space that feels quintessentially New York City. "Very small rooms with very little room for storage. I wasn’t a fan of the non standard bathroom facilites just a glassed in toilet and separate shower but the shower water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable. I would give 5 stars to the staff everyone we encountered check in, Lobby bar and housekeeping staff were extemely friendly and helpful. Called twice fo additional supplies and they were delivered to our door in 5 minutes. The hotel is in a nice location outside the bustle of times square fifth ave but close enough for easy walking. "

Only complaint would be the wait to check in , the line was almost a hour long at 4pm. And the security guy was very rude to all of us and more than once during our stay . "
