Relaxed, helpful, and amiable staff (particular gratitude to Duke); thoughtful attention to details like turn-down service; charming, spacious room with fabulous bath-tub. But best of all is the unpretentious personality of the place.

The bed was so comfortable. Rooms are well appointed and have a Soho House, artful vibe. The only con is the restaurant during breakfast. It was very busy every morning and the staff wouldn’t let me sit in a small booth since it was just me. The bar stools were uncomfortable with my bad back. I wish they had a section of the restaurant reserved only for hotel guests. Overall, lovely place!

I heard pipes making noise during the night. Either sinks or commodes or something in walls but loud enough to wake me up once or twice a night. I did not report as I didn’t want intrusion into my room but felt like noise could have been in hallway. Very nice hotel and your restaurant was so authentically French and delicious. Welcoming and Nice staff too in the hotel.

My third stay and it keeps getting better. The loft room is spacious and beautiful. Quiet with comfortable bed and linens. The fitness centre is on the room with a view from the treadmills.

We Love The Rock and Roll History of The Chelsea! It has prevailed time and it's a wonderful place to stay. Great location and easy to get to.
