The location was great and the pool is not big, but sufficient. The staffing was a bit sparce, but luckily we did not need much, so it really did not pose a problem. We received a free room upgrade and found the room to be very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and the salt at were all very nice and accommodating. The location is very central to Centro and made walking very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We prefer smaller, chill hotels with easy walking access to town and places to eat -- the Flamingo was perfect for that. Far enough from cruise ship craziness but still a very easy walk to many great restaurant options, a great car/scooter rental place, and the central square (shout out to Crazy King Burrito, Guisados, and HTL Rental!). There's also small pool on the roof which we didn't use - best for adults and older children who want a quick dip.
