"We vacation at this location whenever we visit the falls. Unfortunately, it wasn't posted anywhere on the website or prior to booking that the hotel was undergoing renovations. We were placed in the north tower and told upon arrival that renovations would be going on from the hours of 9-5 in the north tower. That we couldn't access the pool from our tower and had to go to another tower (accessable from the lobby area only) to access the pool and had to book a time for pool use. Upon entering our room, construction was taking place right above our suite and we had to be relocated due to the noise of the construction. The second suite they had relocated us to was still in the north tower but nicer and much quieter. The following morning we were unable to use the water as it no longer was working in the suite and was told it was due to construction when we contacted the front desk. They then asked if we want maintenance to come and assess the water. I normally do not post on hotels but felt it's worth the mention as we were disappointed on this visit considering this is a Hilton Hotel and expected better customer service and accommodations from a hotel of their caliber."
