At the buffet, our server frequently came to the table only once during the entire meal. The constant selling of spa services was frustrating. Spa staff are positioned throughout the resort, so you’re pitched promotions multiple times a day, which gets old quickly. Washcloths were extremely hard to get and rarely restocked, requiring calls to the front desk and long waits each day. The basic internet was very poor, and you have to pay about $20 per week/per device for usable speeds. Streaming wasn’t realistic without upgrading.
