"Well positioned for my trip, pretty little walk along the Millstream, good communication with the owner for the few minor issues that cropped up (garbage bags, how to use the electronic door lock). Spacious apartment, great for two couples. 20 minutes or less from downtown Victoria; already on the edge of the Highlands where I was visiting. Slightly more than walking distance from lots of nice restaurants in Langford. Very pleased with the trip overall; would definitely use again."

"The location is perfect for tourists—everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the building feels a bit dated, likely because it is an older property. Overall, it’s a good choice for the location, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and cleanliness."

"The property was very clean and the room--a family suite-- was very functional. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly and diligent. The only real issue was noise. The hotel is located on a busy corner of Victoria and the rooms are not very sound proof. If you are a light sleeper the street noise is a problem. The trade off is that the location is central and convenient"

"The location was perfect. The room view was spectacular. The staff was exceptional. The lobby with the fresh flowers was fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues with our room which were promptly addressed. Was one of our best hotel experiences ever, and it was in Canada! We will be back next year without a doubt…maybe room 602 instead of room 502."
