"Hotel is beautiful - old world charm with modern amenities. Gym had great treadmill for son's track workouts and the concierge - Ricardo - was amazing! Crew Cafe was wonderful, as well as Trattoria Trestevere for great Italian close to Bell Center. Hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the Metro that will take you ANYWHERE! Opus pass is the way to go. "

"Don’t bother to book through Expedia because they give you the crappiest of rooms. Our was L shaped with beds at one end and tv facing away from the beds! The heater and fan in bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke when on! Heater jumped all over the place! Not the cleanest of rooms! Construction in main roads everywhere and noisy at nights!Would not recommend this location! Only good it is for is convenience to the bell centre! Front desk wouldn’t give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia! "

"All the staff are nice and kind. Well equipped. Good for family with kids we hope they have pool. It is a good place to stay. "

"Close to the city centre and very walkable. No valet the day we stayed but we were directed to where we could self park across the street. The rooms were noisy both from other guests and street noise. Room was clean, but there were several issues. Duct tape was being used to attempt to tape the hair dryer cord beneath the sink (it was not working). The remote control for the TV did not work, but we could change channels using the buttons on the side of the TV. Did not have any conditioner, only shampoo. Elevators are cosy! Cafe had some yummy treats and good coffee. Alright for one night. "

"Breakfast was buffet sometimes and off-menu sometimes (and we never knew which one it would be). You had to go to the front desk each morning to get your breakfast tickets (which was kind of a pain, but not the worst thing in the world)."

"Check in was very quick as was the valet parking, anytime we needed our car the valet was very quick. We had a corner suite and loved the full kitchen and spacious bathroom, we will book here again."
