Just a really nice hotel with all the amenities. Loved the couples massage we had at the spa. Food was great. Luxury shower. Comfortable bed with high quality sheets. Perfect location! So much to do and see (and eat!) Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend

This is my second review of the William Gray Hotel. We love this hotel: best location in the heart of Old Montreal, the service is exceptional (they offered us bottles of water for the road...small thought that means a whole lot), the rooms are great, the bar, restaurant and the shower omg... it will wash away your sorrows... and your dead skin.

We recently stayed at Hotel William Gray and overall had a good experience. The location is truly exceptional - you step right out into the heart of Old Montreal. The cobblestone streets, interesting shops, and great restaurants are all at your doorstep, making it an ideal spot for exploring this historic area. The hotel itself met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We found the staff to be helpful and the amenities satisfactory. There was, however, one significant drawback to our stay. Our room was subject to loud music from a nearby club, which continued late into the night. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. What was particularly disappointing was that the hotel didn't inform us about this potential disturbance beforehand. We feel they should have been upfront about this issue to set clear expectations. Despite this noise problem, our stay at Hotel William Gray was generally positive. Its fantastic location and comfortable accommodations make it a solid choice . If you're planning to stay here, it might be worth asking about quieter room options to ensure you have the best possible experience.
