We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only thing I didn’t enjoy is the fact we didn’t have a window in our room. When my husband and I walked in the room and noticed there was no window we immediately asked if they could get us a room with a window. The staff member at that time said they would look into seeing if there is any rooms available with a window due to being a busy week and rooms might not be available.. they never called back to let us know which was a bummer, other then that the hotel is wonderful. The elevator is a little scary only fits up to 6 people max. My suggestion is to call and confirm that your room has a window this caused me to have a lot of anxiety during my stay.

The Bienville House (located in the heart of the French Quarter) was an exceptional yet elegant experience; from their luxury super king rooms with a balcony that over looks their heated saltwater pool inside the courtyard (where you can enjoy exotic cocktails and food) to their lovely concierge staff Mrs. Cynthia and Ms. Beverly who made the Bienville House and The French Quarter feel like home with their warm southern hospitality and welcoming demeanor. They treated us like we were family. The Valet service (Dewayne) wasn’t the best however, the rest of my time there was exactly what I was looking for when staying at a hotel, luxury, elegance, comfort, safe, and close to everything. If you are planing to visit New Orleans, then make sure you book your stay at the Bienville House. Oh, make sure you book mine as well.

We had a pleasant stay at Bienville House. The location is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful. My only complaint is that I left a clothing item and after 4 attempts to reach housekeeping/management I have not heard back from the hotel. Its been 7 days and I am disappointed at there lack of interest in helping me get my item back.
