The room was comfortable however since its right on the highway there was a lot of traffic noise all night. Not located close to anything like restaurants or stores.

The staff at this property were excellent, kind and very helpful, and the hotel seemed quite secure positioned within a walled coumpound and a gate that was closed at night. Unfortunately, the hotel was situated right between railroad tracks and a fairly busy roadway, so it was quite noisy. Fortunately, there did not seem to be any trains after 9PM. Also, the busy boulevard where the hotel is located makes it a little difficult to get to the hotel, with rather long stretches between turn around points. Finally, we didn't find any restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, but the manager kindly helped us with ordering a pizza in for us.

la habitación muy amplia mucho estacionamiento sandalias para la ducha mesa con 3 sillas tocador grande relacion precio habitación le doy un 10 pague 1099 pesos con todo e impuestos facturado y serca del hotel hay unos tacos q me recomendo el recepcionista se llaman tacos el tope vayan la mejor carne y baratos atascados de carne de calidad y blandita se los recomiendo

Navolato event stay April 2022

I was very disappointed with this hotel there was a group of us which, I booked in, only to find that there was no restaurant or rooftop Bar and the pool area was not kept up. And having no coffee service in room and no restaurant to get one from several of us were very annoyed that we had to go out of the hotel you have coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend or stay again in this hotel.

Excellent Facilities, Amenities and Staff

An unusual configuration for the facilities, which may have originally been designed as a 'non-conventional' hotel, but the rooms, pool and poolside common areas were spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained. Staff was super-helpful, the wi-fi was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Highly recommended. The local seafood restaurant served excellent local cuisine with a smile and typical Mexican graciousness.
