"Property on a quiet, quaint street 2 blocks from Paddington station. Hotel was clean & in a safe area. The hotel is old & in need of cosmetic improvements but overall a good place for a quick overnight stay. Restaurants/pubs & shopping all very close. "

"Excellent Location. Room was very small, basically just a bed, but it was clean and pleasant enough. I could hear everything in the room next door. Great option if you just want somewhere to sleep, safe and convenient. Breakfast is not included and is an extra charge, which I didn’t realise when I booked, but you can make tea/coffee in your room and find cheaper breakfast options around the area."

"Very convenient location just minutes away from Hyde Park. There's also a laundromat next door and some cute restaurants in the same street. The Lancaster tube station and bus stops are really close by walking so it was easy to get around downtown. The rooms were very small - I stayed with a friend and we could barely walk around the room together. It was clean though, and the staff was friendly enough. No breakfast available but they offered a food delivery service to your room."

"The Columbia is across the street from Hyde Park, 2 blocks from the red Central line of the tube, and has a bus/taxi stop. There are several lovely pubs within a few blocks and a variety other options closer to Paddington. The hotel has character and lively breakfast. They held our luggage since we arrived before check-in, and thankfully had a (small) elevator because our bags were heavy! "

"Fantastic location next to Paddington station, just around the corner from the busiest area. Our room was small but very clean. Minor issue for some people could be the subtle noise of the tube, it didn’t bother us at all. "
