The property is in a beautiful neighborhood and is very close to Paddington Station and a number of restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very clean, the daily breakfast was good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location for being out and about in London. Staff are so friendly, professional and smiley. Breakfast was lovely and ables cleared quickly. Nice extras, complimentary drink in the bar and tea/coffee and hot chocolate whenever you liked. Rooms clean. Only negatives small double bed and the toilet and very small shower was like a camping bathroom. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We only stayed here one night. If you don’t mind an extremely small room, then this hotel is good for several reasons: 1. It’s incredibly close to the Paddington train/tube station. 2. It provides a very nice free breakfast. 3. It’s cheap. 4. It was clean.

The hotel was lovely. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We would stay there again even though on arrival there were no toilet rolls in the shower room but soon remedied by the staff and the door handle fell of our door but as we were checking out I don't know how quickly it was fixed. It was worth every penny.
