"In the heart of southside Dublin"
This was our second stay at the Fitzwilliam, and we chose it because we were spending just two nights there. The room was small but had a lovely view overlooking St. Stephen's Green. The bathroom had a large tub and great amenities. We were very comfortable and would go there again, even for a longer stay.

"You Get What You Pay For"
This place has the potential to be such a nice bed and breakfast but it feels like the people who run it just don't care. For the most part it's pretty clean, I checked the bed for bugs and there was no dust. But, the bath-tub was pretty filthy which I only realized after I bleached it. I had to bleach it because I realized that the shower head was broken and that most of the water was spraying on the ceiling essentially rendering it useless- so I had to take a bath. Which was probably a good idea anyways as depending on the time of day and how many people are bathing or using the hot water, there might not be any. (Not a big enough hot water heater I think). I didn't try out the breakfast but I saw cereals, fruit, and yogurts down there and the lady who checked me in always seemed to be offering me some even when I was leaving at odd hours. The wifi was good as well- I was in the attic and it worked perfectly fine with only a few moments where it bleeped out. The heating was fine as well, a little chilly at night- but just grab or ask for another blanket. It's right across from the bus stop to town, but unless you know what you're looking for there's no sign marking it as a b&b/hotel so that was kind of annoying. Last but not least there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as a Centra for any odds and ends you might require.

"Good airport hotel"
Stayed for one night. Took advantage of booking breakfast and dinner at the reception desk at a reduced rate, such good value. The courtesy bus back and forward to the airport are frequent. This is our second stay and would recommend it.
