The hotel, in terms of cleanliness, hospitality and professionalism is excellent. However, if your room is facing Temple Bar, forget sleep. I would have expected, having paid €360 for one night in a double room that the room would have been quieter and sound-proofed. The street noise was so loud that I checked to see if a window had been left open. We left the hotel exhausted.
Secondly, considering the exorbitant price of a room, why charge for breakfast? An additional €20 each at the breakfast bar! Overall, a very disappointing experience.
