Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. Little Venice and Paddington Station are very close to the property, which is very convenient when you are visiting. There are also good dining options, stores and supermarkets around. "

"Hotel room was clean, and a close walk to the train station. Front desk was not manned all the time - had to cross the road to a different hotel for service, which made checking in not a very seamless process. There are no lifts in the hotel, but they do have staff to help with the bags. Room is old - laminate was chipping off the table - but it was clean."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"

The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying. "
