"i spent 4 nights with my family and throughout our stay we got no room service, even though there was a sign that said room service after three days none was provided to us. We had to call the front desk and request clean towels and toiletries. No breakfast we had to pay for everything literally. We also had to pay a fee per night that they say its for the fire works. We also have to pay 20 Canadian per night to park. The hotel itself is nice there is a washer and a dryer which was very convenient, its in a great location surrounded by everything walking distance. Its also close to Niagra fall and the Carnival/Fair which was very nice for the kids. The strip is amazing and the place is very clean."
