I don't know where the good reviews are coming from but my family and I had a terrible experience at this place. I booked on August 2019, a month before our Labor Day weekend trip and I had to confirm a week before that by personally visiting the inn. My reservation indicated 1 adult but I definitely booked for 4 people because it's a double room with 2 double/queen beds. The lady in the front desk said it's okay and it's a double room so no problem. On the day August 31st, I spoke to a guy who confirmed my booking but said that there are no rooms left and that there is only a single room. I was like, how can that happen when I went there a week ago and I was assured that I'll have a room. So they arranged for us to go to this e-lodge motel which they also own and made us wait for 30mins, saying that they reserve that place for incidences like that. I was trying to keep my cool but my family wasn't happy because they drove for 8hours and had to keep up with it. After they cleaned the sthe space, we were being charged $200 for a clean but crappy motel. It's their fault for giving our room to other guests and they expect us to pay that much? We had another experience like this when we were not refunded but good thing it's a pay at the property reservation. that's why we asked for a letter or proof that we did not stay so we can make a complaint if they charge us.The lady said she won't charge us, so we decided to leave. Never coming to this place again.
