"This property is quite old, and there is mold in the bathroom. The main bedroom is not properly air conditioned and the rest of the unit is outdated and cramped. It is definitely not enough space for the amount of guests indicated in the listing. There was no hot water for a while so there was no way to take a proper shower, the host did not reply promptly with instructions to fix it. "This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer."
