Not clean at all. A lot of reviews mention existence of bed bugs on the property and I can definitely see why. Bed sheets had blood and hair on them. Roofs and walls were stained. No soap and towels were there.

Caravan Inn Motel is definitely not the

Honestly this motel is not ready for public. I understand they are renovating. But they were not ready for guests at all. Im not even sure if the linens were clean. I slept on top as there were so many stains. Luckily i had my own blanket in my car. The bed was decent for comfort.

Woke up to ants on my drink... dirty place.. but staff is friendly. The place needs some fixing to do. I had window that doesnt lock and anyone could technically climb into a room at night or during the day while you are not there

Never coming back again. When we first came here, the entrance or the reception area smells like urine from public washroom. The room that we rented smells bad. The couch, the furnitures are dirty and dusty. Funny thing is that me and husband did the wiping with disinfectant of the surfaces because they look dirty. Even the bed sheets and pillowcase has stains. The washroom sink and the hole in the bath tub has a big clump of hair that hasn't taken. The shower curtain that is hanged in the bath tub seems not new and it has molds in it! The aircon in the bedroom isn't cleaned because it has dust and debris. The electric fan stand is broken. The leg is broken. This motel is suppose to look good if it's maintained and cleaned well. Next time if you book for the weekend or long trip, book at the opposite hotel ~ Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark. Just pay a bit of few dollars but at least you know what you're sleeping area is clean and worth the stay.

The pool has no water and not useful. The TV is not working. We stayed on the second floor and needed to go up and down to follow up for the pillow and extra blanket we requested. The place is dirty also the stairs and dumped garbages full in the bin. The AC is working and the young lady from the reception was kind
