Not clean at all. A lot of reviews mention existence of bed bugs on the property and I can definitely see why. Bed sheets had blood and hair on them. Roofs and walls were stained. No soap and towels were there.

Very dirty hotel had to change rooms because there was wee on toilet seat got a bigger room with broken jacuzzi dirty stains on sink but bed was big and comfy and American tv channels was nice

Caravan Inn Motel is definitely not the

Honestly this motel is not ready for public. I understand they are renovating. But they were not ready for guests at all. Im not even sure if the linens were clean. I slept on top as there were so many stains. Luckily i had my own blanket in my car. The bed was decent for comfort.

Woke up to ants on my drink... dirty place.. but staff is friendly. The place needs some fixing to do. I had window that doesnt lock and anyone could technically climb into a room at night or during the day while you are not there

If you want LOW BUDGET with old tattered carpet and don’t mind bugs, this is your home away from home. There is a reason it’s the lowest price place in all of Niagra. So don’t go there and complain. I put two stars not as a complaint but as an honest assessment, for people who haven’t stayed there. I would happily stay there again. But that’s just me.

They had bedbugs, we checked in for two nights and my partner found a bedbug in his bed second night looked like it fed on him. They also asked for a security deposit and charged it to my debit card. Didn’t put a hold on it like made a seperate charge to my debit card, and it still hasn’t gotton put back into my account.

Absolutely reeks of old cigarette smoke - cigarette holes in the bedsheets. We were so grossed out we left after half an hour and they made no refund on our online booking - though it was worth it just to leave. It took hours and a hot shower (somewhere else) to get the cigarette stink off. Shabby and gross is too generous a description. Avoid.
