it was only a block or 2 from the Niagara Falls and easy to walk to. Only thing I didn't like was the toilet was pretty low to the floor. The rooms were nice and roomy, nice hot water in the shower. Would stay here again!!!

Location was idéal for our trip right across from the OLG stage. The staff were very friendly and courteous, the room was clean , the beds weren’t super comfy but okay for a weekend stay where it kinda didn’t sit well for me was the a/c was roaring like as if I started a Harley in the room but again I stayed one night and it was cheap compared to other hotels near by so didn’t really expect much ! The deal breaker for us was the a/c but for the quick stay we had it was doable

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and hotel very clean overall. However, a couple lightbulbs in the bathroom were out and there was a banging noise every 20 minutes or so all night.

When arrived at the parking lot we were shocked about the hotel. First of all the outdoor pool looks different than the pictures and advertisements its sitting in the parking lot. We went inside the lobby and front desk looks way different from the pictures and advertisements. When I complained about this they upgraded us to hilton hotel. We went there took us almost 1 hour to find us rooms which we had reserved 3 rooms. And when finally they found rooms they gave us rooms that even the windows you don’t see the sun. The three rooms have very bad views. Like you dont even see the sun from the windows. Now it’s 12:55 pm and feels like 8 pm because how dark the windows look, you see nothing but wall. And when we arrived at hilton hotel we asked them to give us like extra couple hours for late checkout because it took us too long waiting at the days In hotel then we came at hilton and at hilton took us like an hour to process our rooms, they refused and we ended paying $50 for each room for late checkout $150 in total for 3 rooms. Very bad experience.

This hotel somehow double booked my room, I give them a 5 star review because before I arrived they remedied the problem by booking my party a room at the Hilton, not even a block away, for no reason extra charge! Excellent customer service

It was an average room. Nothing special. Beds werent that comfortable and the additional $30 per day parking is a bit outrageous. Should be included for someone paying that much for the room already. Also had to hear someone drag a chair above us all night long.

Location was everything here. Within walking distance to all the main Niagara downtown attractions. Hotel was sufficient, but just average. Room was clean and nice though.

It was crazy noisy. A family with more than 10kids are staying in only 2 rooms. The kids keep making noises the whole night. I could not sleep the whole night until the morning. The family are letting the kids running down the hallway all the time, they don’t close their doors. The property has no noise isolation. The staff was not helpful in this situation just letting them interrupting other guests sleep. Worst experience ever.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. A longer walk but within walking distance to the main attractions at Niagara Falls so it was nice not to load up the kids in and out of the vehicle all day. Parking was an extra 30.00/night which is an extra cost but most parking lots in the area are around that price. It was a bit loud around 2am the night we stayed, people arguing in the hallway but that is not the hotels fault. Overall it was a good stay.

Wasn’t very clean. Our room had hair on the chair and in the shower, urine stains on the toilet seat. Our A/C unit kept us up all night making loud noises . Asked multiple times for towels, coffee etc ( didn’t receive house keeping) not one person brought us anything. The key card to enter the property are old and outdated . No doors are sensor operated thus you need to touch every public door which they do not feel clean

The entire property appears to be run down. Bathroom was horrible (there were stains every where and what appears to be rust all Over the mirrors). There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the hall ways had this horrendous smell.
