Honestly was looking for a low cost inn or motel for a weekend getaway and this was good for us the rooms were clean and bathroom, had a fridge and ample storage for clothes drawers. One thing could do better with providing guests with a clothing iron and maybe more bath towels but overall a nice experience for a inn but to level up maybe offer hair dryer, iron and possible clothing rack to hang clothing. It was a great location not right in Niagara busy area but between all the businesses and attractions. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay if you dont expect all the hotel amenities, pool, hot tub, iron onsite restaurant etc.

The owner was exceptional! Took great care to ensure we were looked after, including offering us cold water. Room was quaint and hot tub was hot!! A/C worked well! Great place to stay!

Nice budget hotel

Excellent customer service, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Nice hot shower with good pressure, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the falls, restaurants, attractions. It is an older hotel, but If you are on a budget, Advance Inn is a good choice. Would stay here again.

Not in the nicest area and room was in rough shape. Romantic room upgrade had see through curtains which is encouraging. Plus the bugs were quite friendly.

It was a very low budget option and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Saw a few bugs in the bathroom, the bed was a little firm with flat pillows, some of the outlets didn't work, and things were falling apart in the room. No closet to hang anything up. The place could use an upgrade, but it was a cheap place to sleep while I was in town for a few days.

Average motel could be better if there update

I have to say I though this motel would of been better like a 7 out of 10 I would say more like 5 out of 10 only gave it a 5 because service was great and for the cost of the location but the room are old and smell and bathroom window was not locking and was alittle dirty the room to.

Not as advertised. Picture of lobby and eating area are false. Metal stairs up to the second floor were rusted away in places. Pool has been filled with cement. Curtains bedding and floor in bedroom were new but the Bathroom was mouldy and dirty. Paper thin walls. Bring earplugs. On the plus side it was fairly close to the falls. About a 20 minute walk. Inexpensive place to sleep and shower before spending a day sightseeing but I wouldnt want to spend any more time there than necessary.

Had newly remodeled room much improved over last years visit. Replaced old outdated tub with modern walk in shower. Sheets/Comfortable & pillow had a "cheese" smell to them however.
