Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

« Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

« Overall the property was as described, but without being too negativen the main faults we found were as follows...Internet may as well not have been there, Spider webs in lots of locations, metal Beds contributed to lack of sleep, Foisty smell in bedrooms, especially the groung floor one, hence maybe the fly killer spray that overpowered you on entry, The plus sides were,,,,, Alpacas were a bonus, as were the free Milk and Eggs, we loved the rural setting and the quiet location. Would we stay...

« Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

« Charming comfortable house with good views. Good mattresses, very clean everywhere. Lorraine, who looks after the house couldn’t have been kinder. 2 minute walk from the harbour which is wonderful. Lovely shops with sociable staff (Moore’s and the newsagents very handy for a range of fruit, veg etc etc). Only downsides for us (with 92 year old mum) was that stairs to lower ground floor are steep and narrow. Also we had trouble regulating the hi tech radiators, to reduce the temperature. This...

« The property was very nice and is in a nice rural location but the toilet is not fit for purpose as stated on an older review. I am 6ft 3 and could not sit on the toilet facing forward due to the wall in front being too close. It was approximately a foot away from the wall when it should be double that. »
