After a long-haul flight, there's nothing quite like chilling out in a swanky room and ordering some room service. See what delicious treats await you at The Balmoral Hotel (1 Princes Street) or the Destiny Scotland - George IV Apartments (23 George IV Bridge). Alternatively, the Lyncliff Hotel (4 Windsor Street) and the Angel's Share Hotel (7-11 Hope Street) are a couple of properties worth looking into if you're traveling on the cheap.
There's nothing as satisfying as landing at Edinburgh Airport (EDI) after being confined in a cramped cabin for hours. When you've collected your baggage from the carousel and stretched your legs, you'll find yourself around 7 miles from Edinburgh's downtown area.

A vibrant, beautiful hotel with great rooms and facilities. Staff were wonderful, could not fault a thing. Will definitely go back
Fantastic location for railway station and shops and pups. Only a short uphill walk to the Royal Mile and Castle.
I really liked the nearness of the hotel to the airport. Go out the front door, cross the street and walk straight to the terminal. Very convenient. The big purple tower at night was very helpful.
I enjoyed the pond on the golf course. Took a stroll and the swan and ducks came by to investigate me, although I assumed they’ve had people feed them.
So close to Edinburgh airport - a brisk 5 min walk. Easy in & out. Clean & quirky property.
Big room, nice bathroom, friendly staff, frequent airport shuttles
Good location, great breakfast, room was nice and from the 6th floor the view was great.
