"Excellent property, great location. Perfect for family of 4 with beautiful beaches nearby. Only improvement would be changing the check in arrangements as you have to drive into the centre of Bournemouth first and there was very parking to collect the keys before driving onto the property. Perhaps consider a key safe?"

"Property had all you would expect and was spacious and comfortable. Only quibble was mould at tap end of bath, so just a little action with a spray would rectify that.
Would definitely stay in this apartment again.
I have very high standards in what I expect in a top quality home from home and the apartment meets them. Well done"

"The owner was incredibly helpful and we valued his knowledge of the surrounding area/facilities-he was also available if required. Great to have parking and a short walk to Sandbanks beach and Ferry to Shell Island-glorious!! Our dog was in heaven!!
Spacious property with everything we needed. I could have lived there forever!
Highly recommend this property for an excellent base to explore Bournemouth and Poole-we had a truly perfect holiday even though the weather was...VERY British!!"

"The location is right over the road from one of the beaches of Sandbanks, but a part of it that’s not near the busy tourist bit so it’s nice and relaxed.
The apartment was easy to check into, the rooms are spacious and well equipped.
The host has been very efficient at communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!"
"We had a really lovely time at Sandbanks. Great apartment for location to beach and more or less everything else. Apartment really nice, everything there you could want. Steve really helpful.. Hope to be back next year."
"Lovely stay - the views made it so book a room with a view if you can! Staff were excellent, food was also very good. Breakfast in particular was lovely and high quality."
"You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps."

"Absolutely loved this hotel - real character, great staff and a fab heated outdoor pool. The food was probably the best we have had at a hotel. Will not hesitate to return."
"Was hesitant of booking my parents in as my dad has difficulty walking and cant do hills ect where as mum likes to shop! lol - best of both worlds the stay here ! LITERALLY a few hundred steps to the main square where dad could sit at the cafe and pass the day away whilst mum shopped . Staff AMAZING knew he had walking issues so put him right next to the lift with a free UPGRADE and every time saw him trying to carry things took it off him and helped him . wasnt expecting evening entertainment at the hotel so bonus . Parents AMAZED at teh quality of breakfast and nothing too much trouble for the staff - mum could walk to the beach in just over 5 mins . Will certainly book them in again "

"Amazing value for a twin room including breakfast and parking on site. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the BIC. The breakfast buffet was good; all the usual fare: pastries, yoghurts, bread, cheese, ham, fruit, cereal, and cooked breakfast.

"We spent one night here as we were visiting family in the area. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated/ furnished.
The price we paid was very competitive for such a lovely hotel and on top of this, we enjoyed a hearty cooked breakfast, and a swim in the indoor pool, all of which was included in the overall price. We look forward to visiting again, hopefully when the weather will be kinder and we can enjoy the sea and the golden sands outside.
Thank you."
