"Handy for stations"
We booked this at a good price, very convenient andlovely reception. Unfortunately our room was quite small and a little tired, some missing veneer on the furniture and the information folder was very worn and shabby. Food was good and staff helpful. Ridiculously small lifts and one is shared wth staff. Although near the station we were not disturbed by any noise.

"Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow"
Great location but was noisy outside until late and then binmen were out working from 0500hrs. Double glazing and air conditioning would be of a great benefit to this hotel.

"Charming and convenient "
We were delighted with Malnaison in Glascow. Location is perfect, walking distance from both art galleries and nightlife, with a park nearby. Malnaison is in a tastefully renovated church. While the rooms aren't large, they had everything we needed. Charming staff willing to help with anything. As other have said, having a gourmet restaurant on premises is a real plus. Variety of prix fixe menus. Again attentive service Highly recommend.

"Perfect hotel for business"
Arrived late into Glasgow and had a full schedule ahead of me the following day so simply needed a relaxing hotel and good customer service. I got all of this in and more!! Front of house were courteous and efficient, room service arrived promptly and the breakfast options are fantastic. Thoroughly recommend this place as a place to stay if you are on business in the Glasgow area.

"Reasonable hotel close to town centre."
Every thing was OK, except high charges for car parking. Toiletries are very basic. The carpets could do with cleaning.

Great stay, friendly staff, great breakfast. Room ready from 12 so could check in earlier than stated. Room too cold when we arrived but soon rectified when we had got the hang of the air conditioning.

"Excellent location "
Overall the hotel was good. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Staff were polite and helpful although think they might be short staffed. Hotel is in a great location, just minutes from the centre of the city and train stations. The only thing that let this hotel down was the standard of breakfast. Scrambled eggs looked congealed and like someone had already eaten it! Sausages were poor quality too. I have stayed in similar standard hotels but for less money. I don't think I got value for money with this hotel.
