Las habitaciones están horribles, no tienen aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no funcionan, no hay muebles más que el colchón duro y un par de sillas, el baño muy mal, la alberca muy sucia y el restaurante no es abierto, solo por pedido y de opciones limitadas, la verdad tratamos de pasarlo lo mejor posible pero no regresaría más.

Las condiciones de las (albercas) son deplorables, no se cloran, no se cuelan toda la basura de gente y naturaleza.
El desayuno bastante austero lo gratuito, te cobran un huevo, un trozo pequeño de longaniza, cualquiera de los dos en $50
Las habitaciones al menos la que yo ocupé espantosas sin ventilación.
No regresaría ni aunque me pagarán.

El hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. El personal es muy amable y con disposición siempre a ayudar. Está muy cerca de la subida al Tepozteco, y de la calle central.

Atención a mejoras
Nos percatamos que el lugar esta en reciente acondicionamiento, tal vez para mejorar. En general bien pero sugerimos que pongan un poco mas de atención al mantenimiento (regadera, zonas de juegos, mesas de billar) asi como algunos muebles dentro de la habitación.
