"The staff was friendly, but something felt off about the overall experience. I only saw them at check-in and check-out, and they were otherwise unavailable. The photos listed online are misleading and make the rooms appear much nicer than they actually are. The room I stayed in had several issues, including roaches, cracks throughout the walls, and what appeared to be mold in the shower. The “private pool” was more like a dirty pond and clearly not maintained. The TV was oversized and awkwardly...

"The hotel is fabulous with a great history. The room was spotless, the amenities were amazing and the toto toilet was an absolute treat. The courtyard area is beautiful with a lovely, heated pool, relaxing spa and great lounge chairs with plenty of towels. We loved having a little patio off of our room. The neighborhood and location are the best. We will be back! "
