"I've stayed here two or three times before and loved this hotel, but this time was a bit of a disappointment. My first room had a broken air conditioner, and smelled a bit of mildew. They very nicely changed me to a room with a working air conditioner and no odor, but the new room had a mattress that was ready to be replaced, though comfortable enough. One hot tub was being repaired, but the working one was great. I'm writing this with the hope that management will make this hotel great again. (My son stayed in a separate room and had no complaints at all.)"

"Clean and spacious room (we got the mountain view, beautiful and quiet), helpful and friendly staff, and you can’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to a lot of museums, food, and shopping. The property probably hasn’t been upgraded in a while, there were a lot of little scuffs, scratches and tears in the room and common areas, but I don’t care much about that as long as it’s clean. Overnight parking is $30 which you have to purchase separately, it’s not a hotel charge, which is a little annoying but you can always find parking in the surrounding area if you want."
