We just purchased A vacation home in Palm Springs and are in the process of remodeling. We come often to the renaissance because we love the staff. They know us by name and are very accommodating to my elderly mother and our service dog. They give us quiet rooms to make sure she’s comfortable. The property is impeccable, clean, and the beds and pillows are so cozy. more than anything the hotel is run very efficiently and you can tell everyone takes pride in their respective jobs. Keep up the good work!

Had a bad experience drunk guess were being extremely inappropriate with language, due to excessive drinking at the pool, one guess was attacking another guess, i had to call security over rude comments being made towards my 9 year old daughter, when i informed staff nothing was done. They continued to drink then they started to body shame my 9 year old daughter, thats when i graded my stuff and my kids and left the hotel one night early. I will not stay in a hotel were its ok for drunk adults to body shame a 9 year old.

I didn't like the cleaning the room, the first night I saw a big insect. I asked them to come and get it, after 3 times going to front desk an enginear came and he pretended that he cought it, but when I asked him to show it to me, he said that it scaped, but he didn't cought him from the begining. It was really inconvinient. When I asked the manager to comp us for one night, she said: Because you din't reserve it directly from hotel, we can't comp you.

I had a nice time however, your price for parking was TOO much I met my sister and was charged for two parking spaces and the parking lot was empty! Also, might want to consider keeping the pool area open later as 8 PM closing was too early particularly, during hot summer nights.

Renaissance Hotel in Palm Springs was absolutely amazing. From the receptionist to the accommodations they had to the hotel room and overall great experience. The ONLY downside I had was the pool was closed so early on such warm weather time :( 8PM is way too early for a pool to be closing especially when its unbearable to be out in the sun and warm/luke water pool during the day. First world problems? maybe! but if its any suggestion I give to the hotel it is just that -- everything else was amazing!
