The room and hotel were overall clean. However the carpet on the first floor - especially outside the elevators - is seriously rippled and waiting for someone to trip and hurt themselves. The fitness center was out of service our entire weekend stay. And unfortunately, a 3:30am Saturday morning a fire alarm went off which was very loud and chaotic with 2 young kids in tow. Then 2 hours later at 5:40am we were all awakened by a loud banging sound. We went into the hallway to find a staff member filling up buckets and ice (with no care or the noise she was making). She stated that the ice machine on the first floor was broken. Somehow, she was able to get the rest of the ice much more quietly. Outside of that, the staff at the front desk was overall very nice.

I made this reservation well in advance and we were put on the first floor right next to the to the front desk and shared a wall with the extremely loud water filling station. The wall literally shook! The air conditioner is also extremely loud. Very disappointing experience.

I liked the lobby entranceway and pool area was very nice. I was only able to use the gym once as there was no a/c and 1 corner fan. It felt like i was working out in a sauna and they didn't have a water fountain even nearby. Every time we tried to call room service we got a busy signal. The rooms only get cleaned and restocked every 2 days so i would run downstairs to the lobby to get more cups and cream for coffee. Also somehow we booked an accessible room and when we tried to change to a regular bathroom we were not allowed. Consequently everytime we used the shower the water would run all over the bathroom and leave a wet mess. The staff at the desk were very friendly though.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Palm Springs, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by excessive noise. Despite the beautiful location and otherwise pleasant amenities, the noise levels were incredibly disruptive.

The pool lounge chairs need some upgrading and especially the towels provided by property. Very narrow towels which do not cover lounge chairs and we know how hot it gets in palm springs and having a towel cover the edges is very needed not to burn. Also the hallways and elevators are not air conditioned so it was a bit unplesant. Otherwise our stay was good.
