Likes: room is spacious. Staff were friendly. However when a guest comes in, stop the convo with other coworkers and attend the guest. Guest don’t want to hear your personal business. Dislike: Hair in the sheets, so not sure if sheets were changed. Dry urine spots on toilet seat and dry feces above the toilet water line. Coffee table was stained and broken with hair on the top. I didn’t feel comfortable touching anything at this property. Luckily I was prepared with personal items and did not move. With rooms like this, I wouldn’t touch the pools.

I really liked it. For the price, the rooms were decent and clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. Two Jacuzzis indoor and outdoor were warm and nice. The mineral water pool was big and clean, could be a little warmer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We've been here before and it is great to be back. The pools are great and well maintained, the staff is very kind.

The pool area was very good. The room was ok. The carpet had multiple stains. The furniture was less than comfortable as it consisted of a plastic chair and a futon. We I got there at 4 pm the room was not ready. They took my number and said they would call me. They never called. I returned an hour later and was told the room was ready.
