Amazing amount of space, very inexpensive, but clean, SO much space, very quiet. Couldn't believe there was a washing machine and dryer, whole kitchen, nice bathroom for less than 1/2 the cost of my conference hotel. People in the neighborhood were friends and overtly helpful.

No exterior signage on building, address provided was to a closed area under repair, customer service call to nyc anout a room in New Orleans not helpful. Elevator access code changed everyday

Nice and clean property but the tub stopper did not work and there were several times when there was not enough hot water to bathe.

This apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It us bigger then we expected. The area around is good, walking distance to French quarter. We used tram or Uber for transportation. We had an issue with elevator access code at the first day. We contacted Sonder and the issue was resolved.

It started well but confusing. It is Jung Hotel from 1st-7th Floor; Sonder apartments from 8th-19th. There’s 2 separate elevators for Sonder and one has to read every detailed confirmation, elevator codes, entry foor codes. Frobt desk is for Jung Hotel guests only; Sonder guests has to be tech savvy as there is no front desk to welcome you. Again, use common sense and your tech skills to push entry digits on elevator and door electronic keypads. I memorized my codes. The condo is very spacious for 2 people. Its very spartan; minimal futniture. Kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer are excellent! Our AC failed the last 2 days! AC guy came to try to fix it but to no success. I wish they install a full size mirror; Housekeeping is extra fee. There’s a certain scent so I bought voluspa candle to make our place smell better. I want refund on the 2 uncomfortable evenings eith no AC! After a while, you get the hang of it.

Great property & overall experience with stay but charging $20 for storing luggage for few hours because our flight got delayed due to weather is desperate. Never in my life I’ve heard any place charge their customers for luggage storage.
