It was a nice place to stay! Near to lots of attraction and old port! You can easily walk to any restaurant and museum around the Old Port! My room was clean and safe however a bit cold and noisy during night!

For where we were located and the price, Le 402 was a great option. We had our own private room with a gorgeous window and it was enough for the two of us. We were also able to keep our luggage stored past our check out, which was very helpful. We weren’t warned in advance, until approximately 24 hours prior, that there would be 2 steep sets of staircases to go up/down. We had heavy suitcases and a warning in advance would’ve been nice, especially because we might have had mobility needs and this wouldn’t be accessible. As well, while we mostly could come and go as we pleased, on the last day we were consistently bothered by the host to give a good review, and he knocked on our door at 10am to remind us that check out was at 11, even though we’d already received reminders via the Expedia messages and had indicated that we received that information. Over all, we had a great time, and 3 nights was the perfect amount of time to stay!

It was just a nice place. It was in a good area for either going out or staying in. No one really bothered us and we just had a good time. Avoid the 24 hour McDonald’s late at night!!

I felt warm, clean, safe and had privacy. I was sent the wrong codes/checkin information and couldn't enter until an employee heard me trying to get in. It was snowing and dark so that left me uneasy. Otherwise great.
