Hotel was nice and in a great area that was close to all attractions. Was also clean and front desk were prompt in fulfilling requests. However, the staff did miss cleaning the room for one of the days despite our request.

We had a pleasant stay at AC Hotel. The room was great and very neat with a very nice view. We got great customer service. Our flight back home got delayed and we received exceptional accommodation during the time we were waiting.
