Nice hotel and good location, but would not recommend for families. I stayed with my wife and two kids and wasn’t aware when I booked that the hotel has a very popular roof bar, which meant that in the evenings it was pretty noisy and the elevators were used for customers of the bar, so, when trying to use the elevators, we were greeted by groups of drunken people leaving the bar and making inappropriate remarks in front of our kids. The pool is small and was not very clean. The breakfast buffet was also total chaos with massive queues and nowhere to sit.

This hotel was new and the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I have two gripes: checkin-not greeted, not explained the additional fee per night for deposit, not told what room or how to get to it. checkout- the only person of three people working at the desk who looked up and greet me was the person in training. She was friendly but the person(s) training her did not acknowledge me at all. And secondly tge pool and hot tub were dirty.

the location is great, very kind staff, there is no drinking water in the rooms, it is possible to buy downstairs, but it is twice as expensive as in the store, very simple breakfast

My 3:00 check in ended up being almost 5. Also, the breakfast was chaos. If we didn't have to wait for food, we had to wait for plates/cups. Minor, but still things that shouldn't be an issue for a hotel.

The room was so noisy. Air conditioning when turned on was making such a loud noise, and as well the construction noise from outside was continuously traveling into the room the whole time during the day. When explicated the situation at the reception to get us shifted to some other room, we were offered no other room quoting non-availabilty and were asked to pack and bring our whole luggage downstairs and wait for any other room to be vacated. We of course denied as if who would pack up and wait with the luggage downstairs for a room to be vacated with no clue when?! Staff never bothered to follow up either. They care less once you are checked in. It was a very unpleasant experience for us.

Rooftop bar customers have priority over Hotel guests for using the elevators. Room was cleaned only once in 4 days. Front desk lied to us about sending someone to clean. Missing cloths and shampoo in the bathroom. Upon checkout, front desk was uninterested in asking me why my stay was only « ok ». I did enjoy hotel location and overall condition of the Hotel. Be prepared to pay a 100$ deposit per night (4 nights = 400$ deposit)
