Booked stay of one night to see how hotel was. Then extended stay for 2 more night. Travel with my wife and daughter. Hotel was clean and customer service was great. Breakfast was the best. Will stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel if travelling with kids. Only this need more parking

Only small elevators, a small room, and dirty carpet in the room prevented this from being a perfect place!

Highly recommend! Close to absolutely everything. It’s the perfect location to have the best time and Times Square.

We loved staying at Hard Rock Hotel. It’s close to everything, staff is friendly, and the hotel and rooms are modern and clean.

I loved this hotel everyone from marianne that checked us in to hector the concierge that helped us be sure to make our flight. Their customer service was great, it was clean i felt safe in the hotel. Loved it. Just didnt like it wasnt as close walking distance to things i would of preferred.

Well located and up-to-date, clean and comfortable with a simple delicious included breakfast and friendly front staff. Although we didn’t try it, the bar is always packed and looked wonderful. Rooms are not large, but spacious enough and well appointed

I just loved this place! So charming! Clean and welcoming! Everything walkable : metro stations, restaurants. Such a beautiful area! Parking is so easy to find. I parked my car all week with no problem, since I was using public transportation.

We loved our stay at the CitizenM so much. We were treated with goodness and kindness by all the staff, and the signature aroma that you smell and ambiance when you walk in, is amazing!!! Everything we needed was near by, subway access, great restaurants, theatres and the exciting spectacle of Time Square. We would like to go to other CitizenM locations in the future. My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary and stayed at the Carlyle for 5 nights. The hotel is located about 1 block from the western edge of Central Park, just off Park Avenue. The neighborhood is very upscale with a lot of boutique shopping and fine dining options in the immediate area. There is a subway station a couple of blocks away and there are always town cars and taxis available at the front door. The hotel is elegant and very up-scale but with an old world feel. Was clean and cozy, in a convenient location

The staff were incredibly nice and Nougatine for dinner was amazing. Those glass houses are a must for a private dining experience.
