"Nice hotel across street from Penn Station"
Overall this was a great experience. Hotel location is directly across the street from Penn Station which was perfect for me. The lobby was beautiful and the check in was fast and efficient. The porter was busy and not able to help much with my bags but it was fine. The room was clean and very comfortable. My only 2 issues were that it was very noisy because of the location and the movies are not available for 24 hours. I fell asleep during the last 15 mins and was told I'd have to repurchase the $18.99 movie to see the end. Otherwise a great experience at a lovely conveniently located hotel.

"Great location!!!"
This hotel is in the perfect location. It was right by Times Square (about 4 blocks south), Bryant Park, Empire State Building and had a Walgreen's right next door (perfect if you wanted groceries or snacks!). There were a few restaurants on that same street and it had two subway stations on either side of the street. The hotel in itself was very clean, the staff were super friendly and the rooms were exactly as pictured. The only thing was that the elevators were somewhat slow but other than that, I felt very secure in the hotel (especially since you need your room card to get to your floor), and it even had a StubHub location on the lower level. All in all, very satisfied and thought the price was extremely reasonable for the location.

"OK hotel in a very central location"
The location is centrally located, in a busy commercial area. This also means a lot of noise during all hours. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, although the bed much too soft (this may be an american standard?).

"The suite setup is perfect for family visits to NY"
This is our 1st choice when visiting NYC. The suite suits our family perfectly so we are not separated into 2 rooms but have a suite for all of us. Great value. Location is perfect for us.

"Nice hotel, but..."
Unreliable wi-fi, and the directory in the room was out of date. The tech help desk number connected to a company that no longer services the hotel. Updates should be made to that info package ASAP.

"Good value for location"
Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing some refurbishment but this in no way disturbed us (no noise). It simply had scaffolding on from top to toe.We had a large room with a dual aspect and very luxurious decor. It was a pity that when the plug was pushed down in the basin a piece popped off the top. This then had to be put back to pop the plug up. It was not thought necessary to say anything as we were only staying four nights. The wardrobe benefits from two hanging rails which is better than some hotels in NYC. It was also a bonus to get breakfast, not cooked but coffee, fruit juice, cereal, croissants and fruit. There was a gym but we did not even get to time see it. There are several places within minutes to eat and three bars in the same street. If you walk in far enough you end up outside in the next street. A very village like atmosphere.
