The first night when we arrived Orlando could not find the right room with our reservation. Yomaly the manager helped us to find a great room with street side view. We really appreciated. It’s a cute boutique hotel in the center of NYC with warm and helpful staffs. We’ll be back 😊

Bathroom was modern and complete in every way. The lighting of the room was excellent. Elevators were prompt, little waiting. The room was small, no end tables or full drawers for storage. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

This hotel is close to Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center and 5th Avenue shopping. Everything is within walking distance and some really great restaurants are also in close proximity. It checked all our boxes. It's our 4th stay there.
